At the heart of every bar is aloe arborescens, a rare and potent aloe species from Japan. Unlike common aloe vera, it grows slowly and develops a richer profile of skin-soothing compounds. Revered for centuries in Japanese herbal traditions, it’s a botanical powerhouse that transforms a daily cleansing ritual into a moment of renewal.

Spanning 600 acres, our aloe arborescens farm is cultivated entirely organically. Every plant grows naturally, nurtured without synthetic chemicals, ensuring a pure and potent botanical at harvest.

Behind the bar

I started this brand because I wanted a simple, thoughtful way to care for my skin — without compromising on quality or sustainability.

Discovering aloe arborescens in Japan showed me how much nature has to offer when it’s used intentionally. I wanted to bring that ingredient, along with small-batch craftsmanship and clean, minimal formulations, to everyday skincare.

Every bar we make reflects that approach: carefully sourced, thoughtfully crafted, and designed to make a small ritual in your day feel meaningful.
