Refund policy

We want you to love your Demure products as much as we loved making them. If something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Please keep your order number or receipt handy when reaching out.

To start a return, email us at hello@demureco.com. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing your order, but if you receive a product that’s damaged, defective, or not what you expected, please reach out right away. We’ll make it right.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items can’t be returned — this includes final sale items and gift cards. If you’re ever unsure, drop us a note and we’ll happily clarify.

Exchanges

Need something different? The quickest way is to return your item and place a new order for the product you’d like instead. Once your return is processed, you’ll receive your refund back to your original payment method.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know the status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a little longer to show up.
